Returns and Refunds Policy:
At INNOVAT3D, we strive to ensure that each of our customers is completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.
Returns:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.
Custom Orders:
Please note that custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
